By registering for and participating in the Flight for Change 5K, hosted by Flight Line Supplements on Saturday, March 1st, 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that participating in the Flight for Change: 5K Run & Walk involves physical activity, which may include risks such as, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, and road conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability
   By participating in this event, I hereby release and hold harmless Flight Line Supplements, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates; the Town of Sahuarita; Rancho Sahuarita; Rancho Sahuarita Clubhouse; and any sponsors or partners, along with their respective owners, officers, agents, and employees from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the event. This includes but is not limited to injury, illness, death, or damage to personal property.

3. Medical Treatment
   In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive necessary medical treatment during the event and agree to assume responsibility for any medical costs incurred.

4. Photography and Media Release
   I consent to the use of my image, likeness, and voice in any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional, advertising, or fundraising purposes, without compensation or further notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the event. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the event will be eligible for a full refund. The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a refund may be offered.

6. Code of Conduct
   I agree to respect all participants, volunteers, and staff. Any form of harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disqualification from the event.

7. Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations
   I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Town of Sahuarita and Rancho Sahuarita. I acknowledge that these entities, including their assets and properties, are not to be held liable for any incidents or injuries that may occur during the event.
