Photo and Video Release Agreement

By participating in the “FLIGHT FOR CHANGE” on March 1st, 2025, hosted by FLIGHT LINE SUPPLEMENTS, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Permission to Use Likeness
I understand that photographers and videographers will be present at the event, and I consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and other media in which I may appear. I grant FLIGHT LINE SUPPLEMENTS and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, and distribute these media for any lawful purpose, including promotional, advertising, and social media materials.

Release of Claims
In consideration of my participation, I hereby release, waive, and discharge FLIGHT LINE SUPPLEMENTS, its employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to the use of my likeness in photographs, videos, or other media, including but not limited to any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity.

No Financial Compensation
I understand that I will not receive any compensation or financial remuneration for the use of my image, voice, or likeness in the media produced from this event.

Binding Agreement
This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, in perpetuity. I acknowledge that this agreement covers all media forms now known or hereafter created and applies worldwide.
